Vegetarian delight
After posting over 30 dessert video recipes I feel compelled to post something a bit more on the healthier side. So today I will add a three part post that will have a some 30 Vegetarian recipes. Might I add all of which look extremely delicious.
Today more and more people are realizing the benefits of eating healthier. What's even more promising are all the new studies that highlight the parallels between living a long, healthy, disease free life and eating a variety of fruits, vegetables,nuts and oils, such as flax seed and omega-3 rich oils.
Hopefully I've included a large enough variety of dishes that will get you motivated to cook something healthy on a more consistent basis. You can't deny how good some of these dishes look. This will be the first of three posts. I will try not to have more than 10 video recipes per posting because of loading time.
