Italian Cuisine

Growing up in NYC, I was spoiled with great Italian cuisine. One of the wonderful things about Italian resteraunts in NYC is the broad selection right at your finger tips. Italian cuisine is highly regionalized. Northern & Southern Italian cuisine differ primarily in the cooking fat and type of pasta that is used, below, I tried to encompass the whole spectrum.

I've posted over 20 mouth watering video recipes that will surely get you motivated to cook up a storm. The recipes are well narrrrated and easy to follow.
